Homemade Organic Herb Butter

Okay, just to clarify, I did NOT make the butter.  I could have, if I ever bothered to save my cream from our milk for this particular type of occasion, but I generally use up my cream for sauces and creamed spinach.

But I DID add the herbs to it.

Grind up italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Allow the organic butter sticks (two) to come to room temperature.

Mix in the herbs with a knife or spoon.  Whatever works for best for you.

Cover and refrigerate till  30 minutes before serving so it's softens enough to spread.

This is wonderful on fresh rolls, crusty bread, veggies, or just about anything.
