Norman in my Backyard

This is what I think of when I hear "Norman Rockwell."

I grew up loving his paintings.  I've been to a Norman Rockwell show.  We have several prints of his work in my house.  So when I heard that my local Museum has a Norman Rockwell, I wanted to see it!

We were at a client event hosted by my husband's firm that took place at our Museum.

And this is what was hanging on the wall.

This beautifully brushed piece of work.

I had to snap a few closeups with my Iphone.

(Wait...does one snap with a phone?)

(Wait. Is this illegal?)

(There wasn't a sign...)

 I was in awe with this master.

If I loved his Saturday Evening Post prints before....I was amazed by the true painter now.

Fabulous. Fantastic.
