I'm feeling a bit nostalgic these days. I don't know why. But I am.
A few years ago I made salsa. From Scratch.
It was so good. I canned it and it lasted quite a while.
But I'm all out.
It's time to make salsa again this summer. In a few weeks the local tomatoes will be plentiful. A local Mennonite lady sells her tomatoes for pennies. She puts them out in laundry baskets.
