Super Easy Coconut Curry Sauce


This is finger-licking, spoon-slurping good.

And easy.

Did I mention quick?

And easy?



5 ingredients.


A can of coconut milk.



One half cup of peanut or almond butter.




1 teaspoon of curry powder



1 teaspoon of soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free)

1 teaspoon sweetener (I used Agave)




Assemble all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.

Stir.

Bring to a boil.

Stir.

Remove.

Eat.


I mentioned finger licking good right?

Taste it to see if it needs more seasonings.



Smother your vegetables with it.




Smother your grilled London Broil with it. Or serve it over chicken. And rice.

Or eat it with a spoon. I dare ya.

Coconut Curry Sauce
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut)
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon sweetner
1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Mix ingredients into a sauce pan. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently till hot and mixed.


It's delicious and loaded with good fats and protein.  The kind your body needs.
